Smallest dog in the world: Milly

Smallest dog in the world: Milly
Milly the Chihuahua is the newest record holder for the Smallest Dog in the World. Measuring at only 3.8 inches high and weighing just one pound, this tiny dog can easily fit into the palm of your hand. In comparison, Milly is smaller in length than a dollar bill or a chocolate bar.

Born in December 2011, Milly was so small at birth that she could fit into a teaspoon. Her mouth was so tiny that she had to be fed every two hours by eyedropper because she could not nurse. Spoiled by her owners since birth by being fed rich, gourmet foods, Milly has failed to grow to a size bigger than a normal Chihuahua.
